End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, C-Kuzy Solutions hereby grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, and sublicense the Software, including for open-source and commercial purposes.

2. Attribution Requirement (Mandatory)

Any use, redistribution, modification, or derivative work of the Software must include clear and visible attribution to the original author and licensor:

"Original software © 2024-2025 Connor Kouznetsov (C-Kuzy Solutions).
Utilized as part/under the C-Kuzy Solutions Licensing."

This attribution must appear in:

- Source files

- Documentation

- License or NOTICE files

- End-user or distribution materials (where applicable)

Attribution may not be removed, obscured, minimized, or replaced.

3. Source File Header Requirement

All source files containing any portion of the Software must include the following short-form header at the top of each file, or an equivalent clearly visible notice:

" © 2025 Connor Kouznetsov (C-Kuzy Solutions) Licensed as
part/under the C-Kuzy Solutions EULA. Attribution required."

Failure to include this header (or an equivalent notice) constitutes a violation of this Agreement.

4. Open-Source Compatibility

This Software may be incorporated into open-source projects, provided that:

- Attribution to C-Kuzy Solutions is preserved as described in Sections 2 and 3

- This license text remains included with the distributed Software

- No claim of original authorship is made over the portions created by C-Kuzy Solutions

5. Substantial Use Threshold (75% Rule)

If an individual, organization, or entity directly uses, copies, or derives more than seventy-five percent (75%) of the original Software's codebase, logic, or structure—whether modified or unmodified—they must contact C-Kuzy Solutions directly to obtain explicit written permission or a separate licensing agreement.

Failure to do so constitutes a violation of this Agreement and results in immediate termination of all rights granted herein.

6. Restrictions

You may not:

- Claim authorship or ownership of the original Software

- Remove or alter copyright, attribution, or license notices

- Use the Software for unlawful or malicious purposes

- Circumvent the attribution or substantial use requirements of this Agreement

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL C-KUZY SOLUTIONS, THE AUTHOR, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

9. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you fail to comply with any of its terms, including attribution requirements, source file header requirements, or the substantial use threshold. Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement cease immediately and are no longer accessible to the user.
